The "deckers"

Don't let the men sitting under the tree fool you -- it's just HOT!!!!

And yes, the women were still working on the back deck!!!

I have nothing more to say about that!! :)

They were hard at it again today, regardless of the near record heat. They plan on having both decks completed by tomorrow noon and then will be moving on to start Mariano and Maria's deck. That one is pretty good size -- 14' x 26' so it just might take them awhile?

Many times we have teams who tell us ahead of time that they are (in Monty's words) "drip dry and wrinkle free" -- until they actually get here and see the task before them. This team continually reassured us that they were just that -- and they weren't !!! kidding. They have been amazing over the past 2 days and we are so thankful for not only their dedication but their preparedness for their task ahead of time.

They are even taking back some material and exchanging it for what they need -- on their own! Thanks so much to all of them and Mariano and Maria are thrilled to know they will be getting a start on theirs tomorrow.
