Special Photo Night - California Style!

Allow me to introduce our team of volunteers from California! Half of them spent most of the week working here at the church in the school's daycare nursery and managed to transform it into something to be seen! Miss Ruby will be shocked! You can see the amazing half door to keep the children in and allow the adults to see the real world!
The other half of them spent the week in Gladys's home and also did a transformation that even I could not believe. You will see them underground, in the bathroom, redoing the plumbing. They are painting the kitchen her favorite color, blue. They are trimming the windows, installing new doors, painting and intstalling cabinets and installing the new shower stall.
There aren't enough words to thank this team for everything they have done this past week. We would love for them to stay longer but realize they have families and a life back home. We, along with everyone from the school, would like to thank them from the bottom of our hearts and pray for a safe flight home tomorrow and that God would bless them ten fold for all the blessings they have left with us here!
Tomorrow morning they will have the opportunity to meet Gladys for the first time. They have prepared a special morning for her here at the church. It will be awesome and such a blessing for every one of us!
Thank you again for keeping up with all that is happening here in Pascagoula. Your support is incredible and we thank God that we are able to be here and have the privilage of Him working through us.
If you would like to be a part of this mission, you can send your tax deductible gifts to: Vineyard Community Church at PO Box 3277 in Bloomington, Indiana 47402. Please make the notation of "Katrina" on your gift as 100% is used directly in the relief effort. We thank you so very much.
Until tomorrow.....say your prayers tonight and thank God for the home you have.....most people here are still waiting to be back in their homes again! Susan and Monty
